Dedede's Sky Castle (デデデのスカイキャッスル Dedede no sukaikyassuru) is the sixth level of World 6. A Kirby reference level, this is the second fort introduced in World 6.

The level has no secret exit.

The LevelEdit

As mentioned above, this level is a Kirby reference level. The level here has the most amount of bosses in the game, specifically 5. In this level, Kirby's not an ally, but a boss and an antagonist in the level. But fortunately, all bosses are fairly easy.

Dragon CoinsEdit

There are no Dragon Coins in this level.

  1. Waddle Dee
  2. Poppy Bros. Jr.
  3. Gordo
  4. UFO

Whispy Woods

Whispy Woods is a suboss in this level. He releases a set of clouds, after which he releases an apple which goes into what direction you go. Use the apple to hit Whispy Woods three times, as the last hit makes him cry and fade away in the background.

Kracko is another suboss in this level. He is basically a cloud with one eye. He releases a set of lightning then releases an enemy. Use these enemies to hit him 3 times. As he will die.

King Dedede

King Dedede is a boss in this level and the archnemesis of Kirby. To defeat him, just stomp his head 8 times.

Suprisingly, Kirby is the other boss in this level. He first tells : "Dedede, it's too noisy in here! I wanna go sleepy-byyye!!!". If you have a Yoshi, he tells that he selfishly wants to ride and own it. To defeat him, you must stomp to the ground 3 times, as blue orbs will be released from you and hit him or you can just simply eat him with your Yoshi. However, this is not the end for him.

Giant Kirby

This is the true form of Kirby and his powers. At first, rocks are falling before Mario/Luigi looks at the rising Giant Kirby. Then two rocks destroy the boss arena partly and a Yoshi egg appears. Use the egg to hit Giant Kirby four times, as he will double in size. Use the Yoshi egg again 4 times to hit him. As victory will emerge to you.

The tiles and graphics came from Kirby Super Star.

Super Mario World's "Castle" is played throughout the level.

  • This is the level with the most amount of bosses in the game; with 5 of them, all from the Kirby series.
  • This is the first level to be based on another game, Kirby Super Star.
